RTR2010 begins with a loop from Grand Junction, CO and rides through the Colorado National Monument:

MapMyRide.com put together a map and a kml file for google earth. They also have a really cool 3D fly by using the google earth plugin. Check out the switchbacks that start around mile 7.5.
That's going to be a very picturesque ride. Tough, but pretty.
